For the past 20 years, Hamlin and Associates has developed and maintained long-term business relationships with dealers located across the United States. Our corporate office is located in Ormond Beach, FL.

Most of the time when dealers spend money on direct mail, the results are a real coin toss. Hamlin and Associates customize professional and non-gimmicky letters that meet the dealer's specific needs. We supply the dealer with the needed tools and training to have a successful event.

Customer Base Processing
Hamlin and Associates provides a complete customer base management solution that makes our promotion highly effective. We download your entire customer base into our custom base processing system. Our customer base processing system removes duplicate names based on address, DBAs, businesses and undeliverable addresses. To update addresses of people who recently moved and remove addresses with no forwarding address, we update your customer base based on the USPS National change of Address database. We manage your mail lists by qualifying mail by zip code, ensuring deliverability by CASS certification of your customer base and presorting mail to include barcodes that maximize speed and deliverability.

Once all of this processing is done we will then arrange your customer base so that you will have immediate access.

Training
Hamlin and Associates offers training programs that improve the success of direct mail events. This is achieved by training on incoming call guides, follow up call guides, operator call guides and managers confirmation calls. We will work with you assisting you in setting strong appointments.
